COMPASSIONATE YOGI PROGRAM
All of us here at the Virtual Studio are very aware of the acute level of stress that everyone is feeling.
For students, learning online is no fun. With the current lockdown due to COVID-19, that is the reality for many many young people.
And not just the students. The impact of the current situation may be causing you to be depressed and/or anxious. We understand. In the spirit of Yoga, we are happy to announce the CompassionateYogi Program.
It's pretty simple!
1. Send us a note to
jrae5633@rogers.com with the subject line Compassionate.
2. A short registration form will be sent to you in which you will be asked to explain why you wish to take part in the program.
3. We’ll take a look at it…you’ll receive some FREE Online Yoga Classes!
The practice of Yoga, of course, is well known for its amazing ability to balance mental state and to enhance the functions of the physical body.
A limited number of Compassionate Yogis are available – the final date to apply is February 28 2021.
